Is it possible to try Flocon?
Absolutely, you can try Flocon for a month. At the end of the trial, if you liked the experience you will be asked to subscribe, and otherwise your data will be automatically deleted, and you will never be contacted in the future, neither newsletter nor unsolicited advertising.

Which file formats does Flocon accept?
All the most common formats used by cameras are supported: JPEG, HEIC, PNG, TIFF, RAW, WEBP, CR2… For videos it’s the same: MP4, MOV, HEIF, MKV, WMV, AVI… Most audio and video codecs are also supported. If you encounter a problem with a file, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Does Flocon support videos?
Yes, Flocon supports videos. You can upload videos and play them from all our clients: the web version, the iOS app and the Android app. In addition to the original version, lower resolution versions are created, to allow you to watch your videos quickly and easily.
Are photos and videos compressed?
The original file you upload, photo or video, is always kept as is, and can be downloaded at any time.
In addition to this, thumbnails in lower resolutions are generated, to ensure smooth navigation.
How long does it take to prepare the export of an album of several gigabytes?
At Flocon, zip exports are instant. The download of an album, no matter its size, starts immediately. There is no loading, no email. In addition, our exports manage resumption: if your internet connection is interrupted, you can resume the download where it left off. You can also copy the export link to download it with the software of your choice (curl, wget…) and even from another computer (the link is valid for a week and has no IP restriction).
Where are my data stored?
Your data is stored at OVH, in the Graveline datacenter, in the north of France. The processing of your data is done on our servers in the Roubaix datacenter, near Lille.
Are my photos shared with third parties?
No.
Your data is processed and stored by ourselves. No byte is sent to an external service, everything is done internally.
I don’t use all the space of my subscription, can I share it with someone?
When you create a group, you can choose to take on your subscription the space used by all the photos and videos added to the group. So if another subscriber adds photos to this group, their weight will not be deducted from their subscription.
Does each member of a group have to subscribe?
Absolutely not, the group creator just needs a subscription and free space on it. You can make a family group with 60 people, 59 of whom don’t pay any subscription! Your grandmother won’t need to enter her credit card.
Is Flocon suitable for businesses?
Absolutely, a company can create an account, subscribe and create a group! It’s a great way to gather photos of different company events, on a secure and privacy-respecting platform.
How to change subscription?
You can change your subscription at any time, up or down, from your Flocon account settings.
How to cancel my subscription?
If you don’t use any space (because for example your photos are in groups supported by other subscribers), you can suspend your subscription from your account settings.
How to delete my account and my data?
You can delete your account, and all your data, from your account settings. Remember to download your photos before, because we will not keep anything!
What happens to the photos I put in a group when I delete my account?
When you upload a photo or video, whether it’s in your library or in a group, you are the sole owner and responsible for it. So if you delete your Flocon account, all your photos will be instantly deleted and will disappear from all the groups where they are.
