Object of the service

You can store your photos and videos in our cloud service, offered by Flocon SAS, a company with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris RCS under number 900 579 004, whose head office is located at 24 rue de Clichy, 75009 Paris.

Subscription

Flocon is a paid service. You must subscribe to a monthly subscription to use Flocon. Because we don’t sell your data nor use advertising, this is the only viable business model.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time from your personal space or by sending us an e-mail at hello@flocon.cloud. Your subscription will then be canceled at the end of the current period. At the end of your subscription, your data will be deleted from our servers.

Security and Privacy

We do our best to protect the security and privacy of your data, but we are not responsible for any data loss or breach of security caused by third parties. You can also view our privacy policy here.

Content Rules

By using our service, you agree not to store any illegal or offensive content.

Account closure

We may decide to delete your account and your data at any time, without notice or justification (examples of cases where this could occur: illegal content shared publicly, exceeding the storage space of your subscription, payment issue, bankruptcy of Flocon SAS…).

Modification of the conditions

These conditions can be modified at any time, in which case we will send you an email.
