The information you provide to us (name, email, photos and videos) is stored on our servers. We also store a unique cookie when you log in. This cookie is not used to track you between websites, it is purely functional and cannot be disabled (if you do then you will no longer be able to log in).

Data usage

The information we collect is only used to provide our service to you. We do not use them to track you between websites or to send you advertisements.

Hosting

For the hosting and processing of your data, we work with OVH, registered with the RCS of Lille Métropole under number 424 761 419 00045. We have selected two datacenters for the servers that store or analyze your data: Roubaix and Gravelines. We may change to a different provider in the future, but in any case it will remain a European company and we will continue to use data centers located in Europe.

Data sharing

There is only one third party with whom we share certain information (your name and email address, nothing else), Stripe, our payment provider. Your photos and videos are and will never be shared with third parties.

Data ownership

Users of our service retain ownership of their photos and videos. Flocon will never sell, share or transfer your photos and videos to third parties. All the operations that we perform on your data are done on our servers, in France or in Europe, solely to provide you with our service.

Security

We take security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction. This includes securing our servers and having security policies in place to protect your information.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on our website.
